Join Team Omilia

We are building a trained, on-call Event Crew Pool (Team Omilia) under the umbrella of ETHOS to support professional events throughout the year.

Omilia — from a Greek word meaning shared communication, association, and working together — symbolizes our commitment to coordinated teamwork, clear communication, and collective contribution.

This is a flexible, event-based opportunity for individuals who are ready to deliver professionalism, reliability, and excellence at every event and want to gain structured event experience while balancing studies or other commitments.

Event-based assignments are offered based on availability, reliability, and performance.

This is not full-time employment and does not guarantee a fixed number of events.-Tea
