It's like a maze out there! ​I've seen it all – the resumes that try or don't try too hard, the ones that shine, and even the occasional AI-generated application with those telltale blanks left unfilled! You know what I'm talking about. And I've not yet even gotten to the interviews' part!

With an expert panel, I'm convinced that by equipping job seekers and enhancing best practices for hirers, we can create a more efficient and effective hiring process, ultimately contributing to a more sustainable future with a better workforce.
